1. The premises shall be occupied as a holiday home only by the person or persons named in the agreement and will not be sublet or assigned.
2. The letting shall be from mid-day Friday 8th July 2011 to mid-day Monday 18th July 2011.
3. The agreed rent must be paid for in full to secure the property, in addition to signing the lease agreement.
4. A fully refundable deposit of £750 will be required at booking stage.
5. The rent includes the use of furniture, including at least one television and other contents of the property including a reasonable supply of bed linen and table linen, china, cutlery, cooking utensils and towels.
6. Tenants will be required to keep the premise, fixtures and fittings, furnishings and effects in good and clean condition. Tenants will be liable for the cost of making good all losses or damage to the premises or contents.
SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED,
CHILDREN ARE PERMITTED WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT
